A UX Designer, Researcher, Strategist, and Educator with extensive experience in conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, and implementing a user-centered design process, as well as leading design operations and building multi-disciplinary teams within organizations.
She has worked in the technology industry since 1999, in various industries including insurance, finance, healthcare, education, and commerce, and various roles, including Quality Assurance Tester, Front-end Developer, Web Designer, and, for the last 20 years, User Experience Researcher, Designer, and Strategist.
She has certifications in project management and user experience, including Usability Analyst from Human Factors International and the Nielsen Norman Group UX Master certification. She is also a member of the User Experience Professionals Association and served as President from 2020 to 2023.
